Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were nicely furnished and quite comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. The staff was very accommodating, although I was a bit surprised that my room was the only one without a screen door.
I had a nice stay at the hotel; the room was decent but not exceptional. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great for a pre-cruise stay despite a few downsides. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I stayed in, specifically room #352 on the third floor, was nice, but there was a bit of a mess that I didn't appreciate. Unfortunately, some items like shampoo, soap, and coffee were not replenished regularly. On the positive side, the outside noise from the banquet staff early and late at night was a bit bothersome. The service was exceptional, especially from the friendly young man who took us to a nearby restaurant in the hotel shuttle. The location was lovely, right by the ocean - perfect for a relaxing stay even if it was for business. The dining experience was delightful, offering fresh and tasty meals every day during the buffet. However, the morning breakfast lacked sufficient seating space. Despite these small downsides, it was a great spot to stay, especially if you're heading for a cruise out of the Port of Los Angeles.
The hotel rooms were nice, but outside noise from the banquet staff was annoying early in the morning and late at night. The carpet near the window was wet, which was unpleasant to discover after getting ready for bed. The service was a mix of rudeness and friendliness, with some staff being great and friendly but others being patronizing and unprofessional. The location was convenient with local sightseeing opportunities nearby and warm cookies provided at check-in, aligning with Hilton brand standards. The dining experience had both positive and negative aspects, featuring excellent staff but limited and pricey choices. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of good and not-so-good experiences.
